step one

Before we build, we make the idea visible.

Insight Visualization is where the process begins in full, after the Fit Sprint. It turns what you already know, often years of experience, into one picture the business can be built from.

why this step exists

The people closest to a problem hold the richest knowledge of it. But they hold it in fragments: conversations, observations, mistakes, customer stories, old experiments and assumptions never written down.

A business is easier to build when those fragments can be seen together.

what happens

A few focused working sessions with the people closest to the idea. We ask, listen, challenge and give structure to what we hear. Three things emerge:

  1. Why you believe itThe reasoning beneath the insight: why this problem, why this approach, why now.
  2. What it isThe problem, the user, the solution, the value exchange and the key assumptions, mapped as one system rather than a pitch.
  3. What you've already learnedThe lessons, experiments and disproved assumptions, so nothing has to be learned twice.
what you walk away with
  • A one-page picture of the businessA clear map of the idea and its logic.
  • A written knowledge baseReasoning, assumptions, evidence and lessons.
  • A testing agendaThe questions that still need evidence.

Everything is yours to keep, whether or not we continue.

The point isn't to make the idea sound better. It's to make it easier to see.

Situational Awareness. Put the idea next to reality.

Your idea is now visible. Next it meets what is already known about the people, the alternatives and the market.
