your idea, protected

Your idea will never become our pitch to someone else.

The closer a partner gets to an idea, the more trust needs to be built into the structure.

The ideal

You should be able to share an early idea with the people building it, without worrying that it will become the starting point for their next client in your category.

The reality

Expertise travels. Without clear boundaries, what is learned building something valuable can be reused in ways the client never intended.

what we commit to

Three commitments, written into every engagement.

No portfolio rights.

Your business, work, name and materials never become public case studies or sales material without your agreement.

Category exclusivity.

The contract defines your competitive category and the direct-competitor restrictions that apply.

Strict confidentiality.

Your information, data, documents and plans are protected under the agreed confidentiality terms.

how we keep it contained

Your idea reaches as few people as possible, and no one outside.

  • Confidential from the first minute. We treat everything you tell us as confidential before anything is signed. A non-disclosure agreement, yours or ours, is signed before any Fit Sprint, or before the first conversation if you ask.
  • Only the people who need it.Each project has its own restricted workspace, and we keep a record of who can open it. Specialists see their part of the work, not the whole vision.
  • Everyone signs first.Every person on your project, core team or network, signs their own confidentiality undertaking before they see anything.
  • A working name, not yours.Your project runs under a working name. Your company and sector details stay out of the briefs we send to specialists.
  • No public trace. We never publish, post or present your work, your name or the fact that we are working together. Our own people stay out of public view too, so no name links them to you.
  • A clean exit. When we finish, or when you stop, we return or delete your material on request. The confidentiality continues after we part.
who sees what of your idea
  1. You and your leadThe whole idea, from the first conversation.
  2. The core teamThe whole idea, once each person has signed their own undertaking.
  3. SpecialistsTheir part of the work, under a working name. Not the whole vision.
  4. Everyone elseNothing. No post, no credit and no public trace.
Illustrative: how much of your idea each can see.
why it holds

This is structural, not just a promise.

  • We take on a limited number of businesses. The studio is built for deep relationships, not volume.
  • Our model is tied to your business.Helping a direct competitor would work against the very relationship our model creates.
  • We want trust that lasts. The studio is most valuable when you can return with your next business without wondering who else we're building for.

Trust should be easier to inspect than to believe.
