Your work never becomes public sales material without your agreement.
Whether you have a first version or only a first insight, you set the direction. We take on the build and the daily firefighting, so you stay free to mine your instinct.
Great instincts rarely die because they were wrong. They get buried: under pressure to prove too early, and under the weight of building alone.
We keep yours intact. It meets the real world in small steps, and it is still the one you set out to build.
Founders who carry an insight and want to bring it into the world.
The insight is yours. Our place is beside it: to listen closely, build carefully, and help it become everything you see in it.
It would be a privilege to build it with you.
Come with a problem, an insight, a prototype, a pilot, or simply the instinct that something should exist.
From there, four steps take you to a launch that runs without us.See each step →
Every sprint is estimated before it starts, with a ceiling of 20% above the estimate. Past that, nothing is spent without your written yes. You can audit the sprint records at any time.
You own the IP from day one. Our upside is capped. Yours isn't.
Sharing an early idea takes trust. We treat that trust as part of the contract, not a marketing line.
Your work never becomes public sales material without your agreement.
Your competitive category and its exclusivity terms are defined in the contract.
Your information, data and plans are protected under contract.
No. You direct and we co-build.
Every call about what you’re building stays yours, and every cycle ends with the decision in your hands.
Business-specific IP is owned by you under the agreed contract, subject to pre-existing rights, third-party licences and other defined legal exceptions.
No team and no deck. Come with what you see, and we become the building team.
You fund the build one 15-day sprint at a time, starting with a Fit Sprint at cost. Each sprint is estimated before it starts.
Through a capped royalty.
Your capital is recovered first from the business’s revenue. Only after it has been repaid in full does our royalty begin, and it ends when the cap is reached: one to two times your capital, fixed in writing once the business model is clear.
No.
Our only return is the capped royalty, paid from the business’s receipts after your capital is back. We take no shares, no board seat and no vote on hiring or fundraising.
You don’t have to. You fund one stage at a time.
The Fit Sprint is the smallest stage: 15 days, at cost, ending in evidence rather than a promise. Each later stage opens only when the evidence supports it, and is paced to the money you have. No sprint ever starts unfunded.
We don’t fund builds ourselves, and we take no equity to do so. If you are looking at seed support, we can help you prepare for it. Whether a given scheme can fund a build on our terms depends on its own conditions, so we check that with you before anything is committed.
We stop.
Building in stages means less capital is committed before there is evidence to justify it.
You can stop at the end of any 15-day sprint.
You pay the cost to date, including anything already committed to partners, with no fee on top. Everything built so far is handed over with its records, and our cap scales down with the capital you actually spent.
If you launch the business on our work within twelve months of stopping, the usual order applies: your capital first, then our royalty, up to that scaled cap. After twelve months, nothing is owed.
That’s evidence, not wasted work. We assess what it has already taught you and continue from there.
There is no fixed timeline.
We work in 15-day sprints, using each cycle to build, learn and determine what comes next.
The goal is to reach launch with the least resources and in the shortest practical time.
Launch & Transfer. We help build the operating team, document the systems and transfer day-to-day ownership. We can stay available, at cost, for clearly defined future needs.
Our client relationships are private, so we don’t publish case studies.
We publish how we think instead: our teardowns take whole systems apart and show how we would test what could be built on them.

You’ve seen how it begins and what it costs. Now see how the work is shared: what stays with you, what we take on, and how you stay in control.
A private conversation of thirty minutes, with our compliments. No pitch deck needed. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team to build it.
